Fighting Fraud with Sass

These days, Seniors face countless healthcare scams, resulting in billions of dollars of Medicare fraud. The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services need Seniors to help flip the script.

So we set out to simplify messaging and visual cues, and banished the previous agency’s fear-mongering tone.

Testing proved that showcasing Seniors using their own voices—relatable, bold, and supportive—left audiences empowered and ready to deflect scams.

Real people.

Casting was key. No Pollyanna pharma polish or tired stereotypes here— just real senior actors, many of whom had with first-hand scam experiences. The result was added emotion and purpose to their performances.
